温养命门法治疗慢性脑供血不足性眩晕的研究

Study on the treatment with warming life gate for chronic cerebral insufficiency vertigo

目的探讨温养命门法治疗慢性脑供血不足性眩晕的疗效及可能的作用机制。方法采用简单随机对照方法,将60例慢性脑供血不足性眩晕患者分为2组。对照组给予基础治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上根据中医辨证分型给予温养命门法治疗。2组疗程均为3个月,观察治疗前后眩晕严重程度评分、血脂水平、经颅多普勒超声、颈动脉血管彩超变化情况。结果治疗后治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后眩晕严重程度评分,血脂水平,双侧椎动脉及基底动脉血流速度,双侧颈总动脉、颈内动脉及颈外动脉最大血流速度均较治疗前明显改善(P均<0.05),且治疗组改善情况明显优于对照组(P均<0.05)。2组均未发生明显不良反应。结论温养命门法可以改善慢性脑供血不足性眩晕患者脑部的血液循环,纠正大脑的缺氧缺血状态,从而使眩晕症状得到缓解。

Objective It is to explore the curative effect of warming life gate on chronic cerebral insufficiency vertigo and its possihle mechanism. Methods 60 patients with chronic cerebral insufficiency vertigo were divided into treatment group and control group with simple randomized controlled method. The control group received basic treatment,the treatment group received basic treatment and warming life gate therapy according to syndrome differentiation. Both groups were treated for 3 months, the changes of vertigo clinical symptom assessment scale, blood lipid level, transcranial Doppler ultrasound, carotid artery ultrasound were observed before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of treatment group was obviously higher than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） , scores of vertigo clinical symptom assessment scale, blood lipid, carotid artery blood flow velocity and transcranial Doppler ultrasound findings after treatment were improved significantly in both groups after treatment（P all 〈 0.05 ）, and the improvements in treatment group were better than that in control group （P all 〈 0.05）. No obvious side effect was found in both groups. Conclusion Warming life gate therapy can improve cerebral circulation and ischemia and hypoxia status, thus to relieve vertigo symptom in the patients with chronic cerebral insufficiency vertigo.
