TKA中胫骨旋转力线定位方法的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 随着生活水平提高及卫生事业的发展,人类存活时间越来越长,由于人口老龄化所引发的问题也越来越突出。老年人骨性关节炎患者发病率逐年上升,非手术治疗只能够缓解患者疼痛并不能阻止病情发展,越来越多的患者选择人工膝关节置换术作为治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的最终方法来解除患膝疼痛,纠正畸形。而TKA作为一种成功的外科治疗方法,经过几十年的发展有了很大的进步,但是在全膝关节置换术中胫骨假体旋转力线参考轴及假体位置的安放仍存在争议,而假体间的旋转对线对于患者术后膝关节功能及假体寿命有着重要的影响。
