促红素对腺嘌呤致慢性肾衰竭大鼠血清脑源性神经营养因子的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨促红素(EPO)对腺嘌呤致慢性肾衰竭大鼠血清脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)水平的影响。方法建立腺嘌呤慢性肾衰竭大鼠模型,将50雄性SD大鼠随机分A组(正常对照组),B组(肾衰竭模型生理盐水干预组),C组(肾衰竭EPO 150IU/kg治疗组),D组(肾衰竭EPO 450IU/kg治疗组)。分别检测4组血常规、生化、血清BDNF水平。结果肾衰竭模型造模成功。模型组较正常对照组血清肌酐尿素氮明显升高,血红蛋白下降,BDNF水平下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组使用促红素干预后,C、D组血清BDNF水平较B组显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),D组较C组BDNF水平升高更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论B组大鼠血清BDNF水平降低,给予EPO干预可上调慢性肾衰竭大鼠血清BDNF水平。 Objective To explore the regulation effect of erythropoietin(EPO)on serume brain-derived neurotrophic Factor(BDNF)level in rats with chronic renal failure.Methods 50 SD rats were divided into group A(control normal group),group B(NS intervention CFR model),group C(EPO 150IU/kg/d treatment CRF model)and group D(EPO 450IU/kg/d treatment CRF model).HGB,BNU,SCr and serume BDNF levels were assayed.Results(1)Compared with control group,BUN and Scr were significantly increased,serume BDNF level and HGB were decreased in the CRF model groups(P〈0.05),which indicated the successful establishment of CRF rats model.Compared with group B,serume BDNF level and HGB were significantly increased in group C and group D.Group C and Group D had significant difference in BDNF expression.Conclusion The serume BDNF level were decreased in CRF rats,EPO can up-regulate serume BDNF expression.
