护理干预在经尿道前列腺电切术治疗前列腺增生症的临床价值

Effect analysis of transurethral resection of theprostate for patients with Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

目的探讨护理干预对经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)治疗前列腺增生(BPH)的临床价值。方法选择2011年9月至2014年8月该院接受TURP治疗的BPH患者60例,作为观察组,术后对其进行综合护理干预,2011年9月前给予常规护理的60例患者作为对照组。比较2组患者治疗前后的并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者肾结石症状明显改善,并发症发生率为31.7%(19/60),与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预对TURP治疗的BPH患者具有较好的临床效果,能促进患者术后恢复,降低并发症发生率。

Objective To research the effect of transurethral resection of the prostate for the patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods 60 cases of patients accepted transurethral resection of the prostate in our hospital from September 2011 to August 2014 were selected as the observation group in this study,postoperative comprehensive nursing intervention was implemented,60 cases of patients with basic nursing as the control group before the time of September 2011.The complication for statistical analysis in two groups before and after treatment was observed and recorded.Results The kidney stones symptoms improved obviously and incidence of complications in the observation group was 31.7%（19/60）,and the difference was statistically significant with the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention has very good clinical nursing effect in the treatment of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia.Comprehensive nursing intervention can promote patients′postoperative recovery and improve the prostate function normalization.
