摘要
针对目前农电网络存在的缺陷,结合GIS在处理空间数据、属性数据方面的优势,设计了一种突破传统模式,可实现区域范围内信息共享,极大增强现有基础信息利用率的基于GIS的新型农电网智能化系统。着重对供配电、监控管理、通信、智能收费、系统数据库等模块的功能及实现思想进行了阐述,并对部分核心模块的建设提出了建议。
In view of the present defects of rural power network, combining with the advantages of GIS in processing spatial data and attribute data, a new type of rural power network intelligent system based on GIS, which broke through the traditional mode, realized information sharing within the region, and greatly enhanced the utilization of existing basic information, was designed. The function and implementation ideas of power supply, monitoring and management, communication, intelligent charging, and system database module were elaborated in this paper, and some suggestions on the construction of some core modules were gave as well.
