摘要
总结了舌癌根治术同期前臂皮瓣修复术供区植皮中应用负压封闭引流术的护理经验。包括完善术前供区选择、心理护理,术后密切观察移植皮瓣、创面、患肢肢体、引流液性质以及保持有效负压引流等。认为围手术期的心理护理、营养支持以及密切观察皮瓣、创面、患肢肢体并保持有效持续的负压封闭引流对促进患者早日康复有重要作用。
This paper summarizes the nursing of vacuum sealing drainage technique applied to skin - grafting after tongue cancer radical mas- tectomy combined with forearm skin flap repair. The preoperative nursing include the choose of skin graft donor site, mental nursing. The post- operative nursing include the observation of skin flap, wound surface, affected limb, the drainage of fluid properties and maintain effective nega- tive pressure. Believe that effective and reasonable nursing methods can promote patients geting well soon.
