摘要
目的调查分析青光眼患者的生存质量及其影响因素。方法采用视功能损害眼病生存质量量表,对149例青光眼患者的生存质量进行调查。结果不同程度的视力损害、不同经济状况、不同遵医行为、不同教育程度、不同年龄的青光眼患者的生存质量存在差异(P<0.05)。结论患有青光眼后生存质量有所下降,要重视患者的临床治疗,保护患者的视功能,同时要重视患者的社会、心理等因素,给予必要的健康教育,以提高其生存质量。
Objective To investigate the life quality of patients with glaucoma and analyze its influencing factors. Methods Questioned 149 glaucoma patients with the Scale of Life Quality for Diseases with Visual Impairment（ SQOL - DVI） to evaluate their life quality. Results The life quality of patients with glaucoma was affected by the degree of visual impairment, the individual income, the treatment compliance, the edu- cation level and the age （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The patients＇ life quality with glaucoma was declined. The social - psychological factors should be valued through necessary health educations besides the clinical treatment to improve the life quality.
