摘要
目的将品管圈应用于产科产妇跌倒的预防。方法 2013年10月成立品管圈,通过品管圈活动步骤,对2013年10月~2014年3月住院产妇跌倒存在的问题进行调查分析,提出改进措施并予以实施,再调查2014年4月~9月住院产妇的跌倒发生率,对2者进行比较。结果开展品管圈活动以后,跌倒坠床发生率从9.62‰降至6.1‰。结论对产妇开展跌倒预防的品管圈活动,能预防跌倒的发生。
Objective To investigate the effect of the Quality Control Circle （QCC） in preventing the maternal falls. Methods Set up a QCC team in October 2013 to find out the rates and the reasons of maternal fails from October 2013 to March 2014, and an improved measure based on it was taken from April 2014 to September 2014. Comparing the rates of the maternal fails between these two periods. Results After intervention,the falls＇ rate declined from 9.62%0 to 6.1%0. Conclusion The QCC can prevent the maternal fall.
