摘要 针对汽车电机电工钢的应用技术和电磁性能模拟技术,开展电工钢的铁耗与电工钢应力-磁特性的研究,分析了剪切应力对电工钢片磁特性的影响,并提出考虑电工钢剪切应力的磁特性曲线拟合公式。然后基于电工钢的应力-磁特性,采用JMAG软件,建立了电动汽车用IPM永磁驱动电机电磁仿真模型。计算分析了该模型下的电磁性能,并与传统电磁模型仿真结果进行比较。 First, this paper aimed at the application technology of the motor vehicle electrical steel and electromagnetic performance simulation technology, carry out research of electrical steel iron loss, stress and magnetic properties of electrical steel, analysis of the shear stress influence on magnetic properties of electrical steel piece, and put forward considering the magnetic properties of electrical steel shear stress curve fitting formula. Then based on the stress and the magnetic properties of electrical steel, using JMAG software, the electromagnetic simulation model of IPM permanent magnet motor for electric vehicle is established. The electromagnetic properties of the motor are calculated and analyzed, and the simulation results are compared with the traditional electromagnetic model.
