常压塔顶系统腐蚀及防护技术应用研究

在石油加工工序中,常压蒸馏装置是第一道工序,是炼油厂的"龙头"装置。常压塔又是常压装置中重要的设备之一,常压塔的腐蚀与防护问题直接影响到全厂的生产。因此,为降低常压塔顶腐蚀,车间采取了定期采样分析常压塔顶酸性水质数据、常压塔顶注剂后腐蚀速率、定期测厚、通过电脱盐、塔顶注水、注中和缓释剂、控制工艺参数达到了预期目标,实现了装置的长周期平稳运行。

In petroleum processing,atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit is the first procedure,and also the ＂leading＂ device in refinery.Atmospheric tower is one of the important equipment in atmospheric distillation unit.Corrosion and protection of atmospheric tower directly affect the production of the plant.Therefore,in order to reduce the corrosion of atmospheric tower,the workshop adopted the regular sampling analysis of the top acid water quality data,the top note agent after the corrosion rate, periodic thickness,through the electric desalting, injection,infusion of neutralizing tower sustained release agent, control of process parameters to achieve the desired goal,realize the long-term and stable operation of the device.
