摘要
为检测卵黄抗体代替血清抗体对蛋鸡新城疫免疫评估的可行性,本试验选取180日龄健康产蛋母鸡30羽,按照常规免疫程序,分别于180、182、186、194、210、242和306日龄共7次采集卵黄样品和对应的血清样品,以HI方法检测血清和卵黄免疫新城疫免疫抗体水平。结果表明,卵黄抗体的效价略低于血清抗体效价,但升降趋势相同。利用spss 12.0软件对7个不同日龄蛋鸡抗体数据进行检验,差异不显著(P〉0.05)。由此可得,在产蛋鸡180~300日龄内,卵黄抗体与血清抗体差异不显著,有一定的相关性,可以采用卵黄替代血清进行免疫抗体检测。
To study the feasibility of immune evaluation Newcastle disease of judging yolk antibody instead of serum antibody, eggs and samples were collected from 30 180-day-age healthy laying hens and the layers immunized with NDV vaccine according to the routine vaccination program. The serum and eggs were collected on 180、 182, 186, 194, 210, 242 and 306 days, which number of samples were corresponding. The antibody level in the serum and egg yolks was detected with the haemagglutination inhibition (HI) test. The result showed that the egg yolk antibody titers slightly lower than serum antibody titers, but the trends of decreasing and increasing of theirs were the same. The antibody titers were analyzed by using spss 12.0, theirs were not remarkably different(P〉O. 05). The mentioned-above result indicated that the antibody level in the egg yolks and serum of 180 to 300 day old laying hens were not different, but theirs have some correlation. It suggested that eggs yolk could be detected with the HI test instead of serum.
