摘要
随着畜牧业的快速发展,我国对经济动物及其产品的需求日渐增加,高效畜禽品种的选育,动物营养代谢病的发病率日趋增加。作为系统生物学的重要组成部分,代谢组学可对机体代谢物的变化进行定量和定性的检测,为探索各种营养代谢病的发病过程及发病机理提供有力的技术平台。目前代谢组学在人类营养代谢病研究中已取得一定的成果,但在动物的营养代谢病上尚处于起步阶段。本文就代谢组学在动物营养代谢病中的应用进行综述,为今后的研究奠定理论依据。
With the rapid development of the stock farming, increased demand for animals prod-ucts, increasingly incidence of variable nutritional metabolic disease. As a part of system biolo-gy, organism metabolites can be quantitative and qualitative detected by metabolites for explor-ing the process and the pathogenesis of various metabolic diseases. Metabolomics had made certain achievements in the study of human disease, but still in its infancy in animal metabolic diseases. In this paper, the application of metabolomics in animal nutrition metabolic disease was reviewed, lay theoretical basis for the future research.
