整理方式对纯棉色织面料折皱回复角和平整度的影响

The influence of finishing method on crease recovery angle and appearance smoothness for cotton yarn-dyed fabric

对纯棉色织面料进行不同整理方式的整理,分别测试各种整理方式的折皱回复角、外观平整度。结果表明,液氨整理、树脂整理均能提高面料的抗皱性能;液氨潮交联整理的面料折皱回复角、洗后外观平整度最好;面料的折皱回复角和洗后外观平整度存在较强的相关性。

The crease recovery angle and appearance smoothness are tested for cotton yarn-dyed fabric treated by different finishing methods. The results show that the anti-wrinkle properties can be improved through liquid ammonia finishing and resin finishing. The crease recovery angle and washed appearance smoothness using the liquid ammonia moist crosslinking finishing is excellent. The crease recovery angle correlates highly with washed appearance smoothness.
