摘要
主要研究了真丝面料的酸性染料数码印花前处理工艺,探讨了前处理过程中各项参数对印花结果的影响。结果表明,前处理上浆配方中ps-14用量3%、尿素用量3%、元明粉用量4%、硫酸铵用量2%时,得色量深,各项色牢度均达到4级以上。
The pretreatment of digital printing of silk fabric with acid dyes was investigated, and the influence of various parameters in pretreatment process on the printing effects was discussed. The results indicate that the silk fabric showed deep color with all color fastness more than grade 4, when the formulation of the pretreatment contained 3% ps-14, 3% Urea, 4% sodium sulfate and 2% ammonium sulfate.
