摘要
高支高密宽幅MODEL织物9.7 tex×9.7 tex;密度716根/10 cm×470根/10 cm;坯布门幅249 cm,连续轧染染色、卷染染色、悬浮体水洗机染色分别进行试验,根据生产效率、生产质量、布面饱满度、产品内在指标等综合分析,筛选出MODEL织物不同批量,不同风格的不同染色方式。既节约成本,提高效率,又达到提高质量的目的。
The specifications of high count and high density MODEL fabric were 9.7 tex × 9.7 tex, 716 yarns/10 cm × 470 yarns/10 cm with 249 cm fabric width. The continuous pad dyeing, jig dyeing and suspension washing machine dyeing were carried out. Different dyeing methods for MODEL fabric with various bath and styles were selected according to the comprehensive analysis of production efficiency, production quality, cloth cover plumpness and intrinsic product index. The proposal is saving costs, improving efficiency and quality.
