有机硅-丙烯酸酯核壳乳液粘合剂的合成与性能 被引量:3

摘要 以乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA),丙烯酸(AA)为原料,采用半连续种子乳液聚合法合成硅-丙烯酸酯乳液,并将其应用于纯棉织物整理。通过XPS、TEM、DSC等对乳胶膜进行结构表征与分析。结果表明,有机硅成功地引入到共聚链段中,乳液具有完整的核壳结构,粒径大小分布均匀,胶膜只有一个玻璃化转变温度,整理液整理纯棉织物后具有良好的应用性能。 Silicone-acrylate emulsion was synthesized with ethenyhrimethoxy, methyl methacrylate (MMA), butyl acrylate (BA), and acrylic acid (AA) by semi-continuous seeded emulsion polymerization, and it was used to cotton fabric finishing. Structure of emulsion film was characterized and analyzed by XPS, TEM, and DSC. The results showed that organic silicon was successfully introduced to the copolymer chain segment. The emulsion presented a complete core-shell structure and uniform distribution of particle size. The film had only one glass- transition temperature. Good application performance can be obtained as the emulsion was applied in finishing cotton fabric.
