摘要
在深入分析JIT和逆向物流发展现状的基础上,建立了JIT和逆向物流联系模型,并对JIT在过程管理中和产品生命周期管理中的应用以及信息系统如何支持JIT和逆向物流的整合进行了研究,得出了有效的逆向物流管理策略。
In this paper, after analyzing in-depth the current status of the JIT practice and the reverse logistics industry, we built the JIT and reverse logistics relation model and then studied the application of the JIT in process management and product life circle management as well as how to use the information system tO support the integration of the JIT and reverse logistics system so as to obtain an effective reverse logistics management strategy.
