摘要
结合不同类型企业的配送需求及影响配送模式的外部环境,构建了一套兼顾主客观因素的评价指标体系。结合模糊综合评价法和层次分析法,建立适合不同类型企业的配送模式选择模型。
In this paper, in connection with the distribution demand of different types of enterprises and the external environment influencing the distribution mode, we built an evaluation index system that considered both subjective and objective factors and then using the fuzzy compre- hensive evaluation and the AHP, established the distribution mode selection mode for enterprises of different types.
