黄地养阴颗粒联合米诺环素胶囊治疗中重度痤疮

Clinic Observation of Minocycline Capsule Combined with Huangdi Yangyin Granule in Treatment of Moderate and Severe Acne

目的:观察黄地养阴颗粒联合米诺环素胶囊治疗中重度痤疮的临床疗效及不良反应。方法:将入选的135例中重度痤疮患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组口服黄地养阴颗粒和米诺环素胶囊,对照组单纯口服米诺环素胶囊,两组患者的疗程均为6周;于治疗2、4、6周时观察两组患者治疗有效率及不良反应。结果:对照组治疗2、4、6周后的有效率分别为29.85%,49.25%和65.67%,治疗组分别为47.06%,66.18%和83.82%,两组患者各时段的有效率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者均未发生严重不良反应。结论:黄地养阴颗粒联合米诺环素胶囊治疗中重度痤疮疗效确切,不良反应发生率低。

bined with H Objective： To evaluate the clinical effect and side effects of minocycline capsule comuangdi yangyin granule for the treatment of moderate and severe acne. Methods： A total of 135 patients with acne were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in treatment group were given oral Huangdi yangyin granules and minocycline capsule while the patients in control group received minocycline capsule only. Both groups took medicine for 6 weeks continuously. The efficacy and adverse reaction were observed at the second, fourth and sixth week after treatment, respectively. Results： The effective percentage of the control group was 29.85%, 49.25% and 65.67% respectively in the second, fourth, and sixth week after treatment, while the effective percentage of the treatment group was 47.06%, 66.18% and 83.82% respectively, and there were significant difference in second, fourth, and sixth week after treatment （P 〈 0.05）. At the same time, no serious adverse reaction occurred in both groups. Conclusion： Minocycline capsule combined with Huangdi yangyin granule is effective in the treatment of moderate and severe acne, and the rate of side effect is low.
