摘要 提高动力电池运行时的热安全性是研究热点之一,采用新型翅片热管强化传热的方式,对磷酸铁锂42110动力电池模块(4串,12.8 V 10 Ah)进行热连接与对比测试,结果表明该装置对电池模块有明显的降温与控温作用,极大地提高了动力电池的工作性能与循环寿命。 Increasing the heat safety of the power battery was considered as a research hotspot recently. Using heat pipe with fins welded in the condensation section was a new way of enhancement of heat transfer for power battery thermal management(LiFePO4battery module, 4 cells in series, 12.8 V 10 Ah). The study shows the system has obv- ious cooling and temperature control function for cells, which greatly improves the performance and cycle life of the power battery.
