摘要 对铝壳IFP1865140-12Ah方形锂电池直流内阻进行测试,考察了在常温下直流内阻对电池电性能如放电特性、功率特性、搁置特性和循环特性的影响,研究了直流内阻对电池配组后电压一致性的影响。结果表明,直流内阻在电池电性能方面有着重要的影响,直流内阻低的电池电性能更好。直流内阻一致性好的电池配组后电池组的一致性会更好,能够避免电池的过充或过放,延长电池组的使用寿命,提升电池组的性能。 The direct internal (DC) resistance of IFP1865140-12Ah AI-shell batteries was tested. The influence of the batteries DC resistance to the electrical performance such as discharge characteristic, power, Shelving features and cycle characteristics, at the same time the consistency of models was examined. The results show that the DC resistance has an important influence on the battery electrical performance. Low DC resistance of the battery performance would be better. Good battery DC resistance consistency of the models would be better, which were able to avoid overcharge or discharge, prolong the service life, and improve the performance of the battery model.
