摘要
氢镍动力电池作为混合动力汽车的主要动力源得到广泛应用,研究氢镍电池的动态阻抗特性及其影响因素为分析电池使用时的内部损耗及合理估算电池健康状态提供依据,并为研究混合动力汽车的电磁兼容问题打下基础。以混合动力汽车车载氢镍动力电池为例对电池的阻抗特性及其影响因素进行分段频域分析。分析了电池老化、电池充放电电流、荷电状态、电池内部溶液的扩散效应、电池电极极化效应、高频时电极集肤效应等因素对电池阻抗特性的影响方式及主要作用频率。在此基础上,建立了电池不同因素作用下的等效电路模型并进行了仿真验证。分析了动力电池作为EMI传播路径的干扰响应。
Traction batteries were widely applied as the main powerplant for hybrid vehicles running in high power fluctuations. The study of battery dynamic impendence characteristics and its factors were the basis for the estimation of battery state and the analysis of the loss of batteries. It also provided basis for research of the electromagnetic compatibility problem of hybrid electric vehicle. Based on the hybrid vehicle traction batteries, the batteries' dynamic impedance characteristics and the influencing factors in a wide frequency range by piecewise time-frequency analysis were described. The influence of battery aging, cycling current size, state of charge, diffusion effect, polarization effect and skin effect etc were analyzed. Also the role each factor played for the battery impedance and the frequency bond that they make function were analyzed. Based on those work, the equivalent model of the battery under each factor was estabilished. Moreover, EMI responses of power battery were predicted as spreading path for EMI in electric vehicles.
