摘要
设计辅助电源应用于DSP控制的光伏并网逆变器。为满足多路输出、输入电压范围宽(80~550 V DC)、稳定可靠、效率高等要求,采用了基于NCP1351B的双管反激式开关电源。介绍了该开关电源的设计过程和参数计算方法,论述了双管反激变换电路、多输出变压器、反馈电路及稳压电路的设计。设计的辅助电源已经用于光伏逆变器上,运行稳定可靠。实验结果证明了设计方法的正确性。
Design of auxiliary power was applied to photovoltaic (PV) grid inverter of DSP control. To satisfy multiple output, wide input voltage range (80V-550VDC), stable and reliable, high efficiency requirements, a double tube flyback type switch power supply based on NCP1351B was taken. The design process and parameter calculation method of switch power supply were introduced, and the double tube circuit exchange catastrophe, multiple output transformer, feedback circuit and voltage stabilizing circuit design were discussed. This Design was used in photovoltaic inverter and running stable and reliable. The validity of the design method was proved by experimental results.
