摘要
介绍了国标GB 31241-2014《便携式电子产品用锂离子电池和电池组安全要求》与我国民用航空行业标准MH/T 1052-2013《航空运输锂电池测试规范》的主要内容,对二者的实验条件和结果要求进行了详细的比较。虽然GB 31241通过设置更多的实验内容来更全面地对锂电池和锂电池组进行测试,以保证锂电池的安全,但是该标准在样品数量、实验条件等方面与MH/T 1052存在一定差异,因此在航空运输中,锂离子电池和电池组仍需满足MH/T 1052的相关要求。
GB 31241-2014 Lithium ion cells and batteries were used in portable electronic equipment. Safety requirements and MH/T 1052-2013 tests for lithium batteries transported by air were introduced and the test conditions and criteria were inter-compared in details. GB 31241 set up more tests for lithium cells and lithium batteries to determine the safety of lithium batteries, but it differed with MH/T 1052 in the sample numbers and test conditions, so lithium cells and batteries should meet the requirements of MH/T 1052 when transported by air.
