摘要
采用工程实验法构造了机械振动信号测控系统框图,分别从硬件和软件两个方面编制设计过程。在硬件方面为了更好地实现振动信号的检测效果采用了性价比较高的TMS320VC54DSP系列芯片,软件方面为了能够实现振动信号的分析处理以及相应的输出和存储等要求,采用了汇编语言和C语言相结合的软件编写方式。
The method of engineering experiment was used to construct a block diagram of the signal control system on mechanical vibra- tion. The process was designed from the aspects of both hardware and software. As for the hardware, we selected the high - cost series of TMS320VC54 digital processing chip developed by T! and in the aspect of the software, We used the software programming way of combining programming language with C language to achieve the signal analysis and satisfy the requirements for the relevant output and storage.
