摘要
详细阐述了基于HSCAE的安装底座浇注系统的有限元分析全过程。首先对产品进行网格划分,然后对网格进行评价,在此基础上,再对网格进行修改以达到更好的效果,最后运用HSCAE软件对所设计的浇注系统方案进行分析,最终确定合理的浇注系统方案。
The finite element analysis process of the mounting base pouting system based on HSCAE is introduced. First, the grid of the product is divided, and then the division of the grid is evaluated. On this basis, the grid is modified to achieve better quality. Then the HSCAE software is used to analyze the design of pouting system, and the reasonable pouting system is finally determined.
