西帕依固龈液对预防固定矫治患者牙龈炎的临床研究

The clinical studies of Xipayi mouth rinse to prevent gingivitis in fixed orthodontic patients

目的:评定西帕依固龈液预防固定矫治患者牙龈炎发生情况的临床疗效。方法:将2014年10月至2015年10月在合肥市口腔医院正畸科接受固定正畸治疗的错颌畸形患者100例,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各50例。由医护人员教会病人正确的刷牙方法,并叮嘱病人每日早晚及饭后刷牙。试验组患者每日除了实施常规口腔卫生保健措施,还含漱西帕依固龈液;对照组仅常规口腔卫生保健。检查并比较两组患者行固定矫治前以及矫治后1个月及半年复诊时的GI、SBI以及PLI。结果:矫治后1月及半年时试验组患者的GI、SBI以及PLI均低于对照组患者,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05=;试验组患者在固定矫治前、矫治后1个月及半年的GI、SBI以及PLI水平差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者在半年复诊检查时,试验组有牙龈炎患者8例,占16%;对照组有牙龈炎患者26例,占52%。对照组固定矫治患者的牙龈炎发病率高于试验组,差异具统计学意义(χ2=14.439,P<0.01)。结论:固定矫治治疗的患者配合使用西帕依固龈液治疗能有效预防牙龈炎的发生,降低GI、SBI以及PLI,减少正畸治疗的并发症,保证矫治效果。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Xipayi mouth rinse to prevent gingivitis in fixed orthodontic patients. Method ： To select 100 patients treated by fixed orthodontic in orthodontic division of Hefei stomatological hospital from October 2014 to October 2015. They are randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, 50 cases in each group. Paramedics teach the patients the correct method of brushing teeth, and warn them to brush their teeth in morning, evening and after meals every day. The patients of experimental group do the regular oral health care measures daily, als~ gargle Xipayi mouth rinse. The control group only do the regular oral health care measures daily. To check and compare the GI, SBI, PLI of two groups patients with fixed appliance be- fore and after treatment for 1 month and half a year. Result： Index of GI, SBI and PLI of experimental group after 1 month and half a year were lower than the control group. The difference is statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; There is a statistical significance of GI, SBI, PLI in experimental group before and after treatment for 1 month and half a year （ P 〈 0.05）. In half a year, there are 8 patients in experimental group got gingivitis, accounted for 16% ; there are 26 patients in control group got gingivitis , accounting for 52%. There is a statistical significance in incidence of two groups , The incidence of control group is higher than the experimental group （ X2 = 14.439, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： The patients of fixed ＇orthodontic use Xipayi mouth rinse daily can effectively prevent the happening of gingivitis, lower GI, SBI, PLI to reduce the complications of orthodontic treatment, guarantee the effect.
