新形势下坚持群众路线,是增强民众对党的政治认同的核心所在,是巩固党的执政地位的必然要求。在贯彻群众路线的过程中,要勇于面对群众路线内在缺憾,根据时代发展的需要,探索坚持群众路线的新制度和机制建设,适时拓展群众的外延,深化其内涵,丰富坚持群众路线的新形式,从而在群众路线的推进中开创民众对党的政治认同的新局面。

In the new situation insisting on the mass line is the core of improving the public political identity of the Party as well as the necessary requirement for consolidating the ruling position of the Party. In the course of implementing the mass line, we should be brave to face the inherent defects of the mass line, explore the new system and mechanism building according to the need of the times develop- ment, expand the extension of masses, deepen its connotation and enrich the new form of insisting on the mass line so as to create the new situation of the public political identity of the Party in the promotion of mass line.
