现代学徒制——技能型人才培养的洋为中用

Modern apprenticeship—— The Foreign Mode of Training Skilled Personnel in China

现代学徒制在推进职业教育发展、解决青年就业问题、培养更多与市场需求接轨的"动手型"人才、服务经济新常态方面起到重要的作用。我国有效实施现代学徒制模式还需要在开辟学生学历上升多元化、完善法律制度保障的顶层设计、创新激励企业措施、实现学历证书与职业资格证书对接、加大校企教师互聘互兼的力度等方面加大努力。

Modem apprenticeship plays an important role in promoting the development of vocational education, solving the problem of youth employment, training more skilled personnel demanded by market, serving the economy. Starting with the problem of how to build the modem apprenticeship system in China, this paper analyses the difficulty of implementation of apprenticeship, holding the view that we should make great efforts in opening up a variety of possibilities of academic qualifications, perfecting legal system, innovating incen- tive measures, combining academic certificates with vocational qualifications and strengthening cooperation between colleges and enter- prises.
