我国高职教师职业倦怠研究的现状——基于文献计量学和Citespace的知识图谱分析

The current situation of the researches on job burnout among higher vocational college teachers —— Based on the analysis of the bibliometrics and Knowledge Mapping of Citespace

为了解我国高职教师职业倦怠研究的现状,采用文献计量学和Citespace的可视化分析对中国知网(CNKI)上的303篇文献进行分析,结果显示:(1)研究的数量从2006年始呈逐年上升趋势,并在2014年达到历史最高峰;研究成果主要发表在一般刊物上、研究对象涉及各类高职教师、研究内容以成因对策等综合研究为主、研究机构主要来自高职院校、大部分研究缺乏课程支持;(2)当前研究的热点领域主要集中在高职教师职业倦怠的成因与对策研究、高职教师职业倦怠的现状调查研究、高职思政课教师职业倦怠的相关因素研究和高职英语教师职业倦怠的相关因素研究四大方面。

To explore the current situation of the researches on job burnout among higher vocational college teachers, 303 related papers from CNKI were analyzed by bibliometrics and Knowledge Mapping. The results show that ： （ 1 ） the Studies showed a year - by - year growth trend since 2006, and reached a historical peak in 2014. The current studies published on the general journals, the subjects in- volved various types of vocational teachers, the content of the studies was almost on the causes and solutions; The researchers were mainly from.the higher vocational colleges and the most of the studies lacked.support by subject funds; （2） hotspot domains of the do- main included four aspects ： researches on the causes and countermeasures of vocational teachers＇job burnout, researches on the higher teachers＇job burnout status investigation, researches on the related factors of higher teachers＇job burnout in political teachers and Eng- lish teachers.
