摘要 以CPE为增容剂,通过单螺杆挤出机熔融共混制备了PVC/HDPE合金材料,考察了CPE的氯含量和残余结晶度对PVC/HDPE合金材料力学性能和维卡软化温度的影响,并通过电镜观察了空白样和3#PVC/HD PE合金材料的微观形貌。结果表明:采用含氯质量分数20%、熔融焓19.5 J/g的C PE制备的3#PVC/HD PE合金材料具有较好的力学性能和较高的维卡软化温度,其具有典型的微相分离的多相凝聚态结构。 PVC/HDPE alloys with CPE as compatibilizer were prepared through a single screw extruder by melt blending method. The effects of chlorine content and residual crystallinity of CPE on mechanical properties and Vicat softening temperatures of PVC/HDPE alloys were investigated. The micro-morphology of blank sample and 3# PVC/HDPE alloy material were observed by electron microscopy. The results showed that the 3# PVC/HDPE alloy material prepared in the presence of CPE of which chloline content was 20 wt% and melting enthalpy was 19 Vicat softening temperature. The 3# alloy material had microphase separation. 5 J/g had better mechanical property and higher typical multiphase condensed state structure with
