摘要 介绍了乙炔清净工序产生的废次氯酸钠的处理现状及其回收利用的生产工艺,探讨了废次氯酸钠处理过程中发生的问题,并提出了相应的措施。一套60万t/a PVC生产线配套安装废次氯酸钠回用装置,每年可节约电石1 684 t,节约用水122.4万m3,降低成本约873.2万元,同时节约处理废次氯酸钠污水费用612万元。 The recycling process and present treatment situation of waste sodium hypochlorite formed in acetylene purification process were introduced. Problems occurred in treatment of the waste sodium hypochlorite were discussed, and solutions were put forward. For a set of 60-kt/a PVC production line, the installation of waste sodium hypochlorite recycling device reduced the cost by about 8 732 thousand ¥ RMB annually through saving 1684 tons of calcium carbide and 1224 thousand m3 of water, and saved the cost of 6 120 thousand ¥RMB for the treatment of the waste sodium hypochlorite sewage.
