摘要
在分析宁波市水库洪水预报系统应用现状的基础上,阐述了洪水调度决策网络化建设的必要性和重要性,提出了解决问题的原型系统,并形成具有广泛适应性和较强通用性的开发模板。
Based on the application status analysis of reservoir flood forecast system in Ningbo, this paper discussed the necessity and importance of flood dispatching decision-making network construction, proposed the prototype system to solve problems, and formed a developing template with wide adaptability and versatility. It is of reference significance for improving the city＇s overall flood forecasting level.
