摘要
综述了提高加成型液体硅橡胶对基材粘接性能的主要方法,如对基材进行表面处理,在聚有机硅氧烷分子链中引入功能性基团,加入含功能性基团的硅烷或硅烷低聚物、有机钛化合物、含烯烃基酚类化合物和含异氰脲酸酯基化合物等粘接促进剂,并指出了加成型液体硅橡胶粘接性能研究的发展方向。
The main methods to improve the adhesion of addition-cure liquid silicone rubber(LSR) were summarized, such as pre-treating the surface of the substrate, introducing the functional groups into the polysi-loxane chain, and adding silane or silane oligomer containing functional groups, organic titanium compounds, adhesion promoter of phenolic compounds containing alkenyl, isocyanurate compounds. The future prospect of the adhesion enhancement of addition-cure LSR was proposed.
