Effect of Public Infrastructure Investment on Economic Growth

根据1990-2012年的年度数据,应用公共基础设施与经济增长的VECM模型,应用脉冲响应函数和方差分解分析了公共基础设施的投资与经济增长的关系。分析结果表明,公共基础设施的投资与经济增长存在长期均衡稳定的关系。

Based on the annual data of public infrastructure investment and economic growth during from1990 to 2012,China,the pulse response function and the variance decomposition analysis were used to study the relationship between public infrastructure investment and economic growth.Results show that there is a long-term stable equilibrium relationship between public infrastructure investment and economic growth.
