摘要
采用Realizable k-ω紊流模型,在SIMPLE算法的基础上,利用有限体积法对控制方程进行离散,数值研究了开槽姊妹孔在不同吹风比时,对平板气膜冷却和传热性能的影响,得到了不同截面上的涡量图和不同吹风比下的冷却效率云图及努赛尔数分布,并与相同条件下不开槽姊妹孔计算结果进行了比较分析。结果表明:各吹风比下,相比于不开槽姊妹孔,开槽姊妹孔能提高近冷却孔出口区域的气膜冷却效率,并优化气膜在热表面上的分布。
To study the effects of new-type film cooling hole (groove sister hole) on fiat film cooling and heat transfer performance under different blowing ratio, based on SIMPLE algorithm, Realizable k - ω turbulence model was adopted and the control equation was discretized using finite volume method. A numerical simulation was carried out to obtain the vorticity pictures as well as cooling effectiveness cloud pictures and distribution of the Nusseh number, which were compared with the calculated results of sister hole without groove under the same conditions. The results show that groove sister hole has better cooling effect than sister hole without groove and film distribution was better.
