摘要
国保工作是公安工作的重要组成部分。国内安全保卫工作在打击敌人和保障人权方面与法治所追求的价值相协调统一。国内安全保卫在执法方面存在着立法层级低、规定不全面、隐形法倾向的问题,培养国保民警的法治理念,加强国保工作的法制建设,推进国保工作的法治化具有重要的意义。
Security work is a part of public security work. Values that internal security work follows in attacking the enemy and assuring human rights are coordinating and unifying with them in governing by law. Internal security work is poor in low level of legislation,incomplete regulations and inclination of implicit law. So it is important to develop the ideas of policemen on governing by law,strengthen legal construction on security work and push forward governing internal security work by law.
