完善我国警察仪式体系初探

Study on Improving the Ritual System of Chinese Police

警察仪式活动可以强化人民警察的理想信念,增强人民警察的职业认同,强化人民警察的职业意识,传承人民警察的职业文化和提振人民警察的队伍士气。我国警察仪式制定机关的层级混乱,组织实施机关层级缺乏规范,概念界定模糊,缺乏细致的操作规范,形式内容僵化。警察仪式体系应当从建设的基本原则、体系内容和制度路径等三方面予以构建。

The ritualistic activities of police could strengthen the policemen＇s ideal and belief,increase the policemen＇s profession identity,intensify policemen＇s professional consciousness,inherit the policemen＇s professional culture and boost the morale of policemen. The levels of organs of making rituals in China are in chaos; the levels of organs of organizing and carrying out are not regulated; concepts definition are not clear; operation regulations are incompact; contents and forms are rigid. Police ritual system should be constructed from basic principles,system and contents,system and path.
