摘要
首先探讨FDI和进口贸易技术溢出促进出口产品技术含量的作用机制,接着运用系统GMM法对我国大陆27个省份数据进行了实证检验。结论发现:基于FDI和进口贸易渠道的国际技术溢出均对我国省份的出口产品技术含量具有显著的促进作用,FDI和进口技术溢出已成为我国出口技术水平提升的一个重要动因。此外,以研发投入和人力资本衡量的地区吸收能力强化了FDI和进口技术溢出对我国出口产品技术含量的提升作用。但相对于FDI和进口技术溢出所带来的出口产品技术含量的升级作用,国内研发和人力资本的作用更为明显,加强内部知识积累是促进出口产品技术含量提升的重中之重。
This paper firstly discusses the mechanism of the FDI and import trade technology spillovers to promote the export product technical content, and then uses the system GMM method to carry out an empirical test of the data of 27 provinces in Chi- na mainland. Conclusions: the international technology spillovers of FDI and import trade channels played a significant role in promoting the technological content of export products, import and FDI technology spillover had become an important drive to enhance the level of China's export technology. In addition, the regional absorptive capacity of R & D investment and human capital measurement strengthened the effect of FDI and import technology spillover on the technical content of China's export products. Compared with the upgrading effect of export product technology content caused by the FDI and import technology spillover, the effect of domestic R & D and human capital was more obvious. Strengthening internal knowledge accumulation was the key to promoting the technology content of export products.
