摘要
通过对国内外军用标准和适航条款中关于航空发动机高空试验相关规定的解读,明确了飞行试验台(简称飞行台)在发动机研制中的地位。介绍了国外通用飞行台及其历史发展,探讨了通用飞行台在发动机研制中的作用。参考国内外使用经验,对国内航空发动机飞行台进行了定位,并根据后续型号发展谱,对国内航空发动机飞行台的后续发展给出了建议。标准和分析均表明:飞行台是航空发动机高空试验的必要手段;航空发达国家重视建设系列化的通用飞行台,国内应重视和加快航空发动机通用飞行台的系列化建设。
By explaining aero-engine altitude test definitions in domestic and foreign military standards and civil airworthiness certification codes, the status of flying test bed was indicated. The supporting role of flying test bed was illustrated by summarizing operation experience and evolution of foreign aero-engine flying test beds. In addition, the level and function of domestic aero-engine flying test bed were pointed out. Based on the future type developing program, advices were given to the establishment of domestic aero-engine flying test bed. Standards and operation experiences all indicate that flying test bed is indispensable in aero-engine altitude tests. Aviation developed countries paid much attention to aero-engine flying test bed. Importance should be attached to the development of domestic aero-engine flying test bed.
