内镜结合导航于蝶窦发育不良垂体瘤术中应用 被引量:4

Transsphenoidal operation combined with electromagnetic neuronavigation in treatmeat of pituitary adenomas with dysplasia sphenoid sinus

摘要 目的对比电磁导航引导神经内镜经鼻蝶手术与传统经鼻蝶内镜手术在蝶窦气化不良垂体瘤手术中的有效性及安全性,并探讨应用价值。方法回顾性分析接受导航引导下经鼻蝶内镜手术与传统经鼻蝶内镜手术治疗的26例蝶窦气化不良垂体瘤患者的临床资料,将其分为治疗组及对照组,比较两组患者肿瘤全切除率、手术并发症、手术时间及住院时间等资料,应用统计学方法进行分析。结果两组患者一般资料、肿瘤全切除率及住院时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组患者手术后并发症及手术时间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于蝶窦气化不良之垂体瘤患者,导航引导下内镜经鼻蝶垂体瘤手术与传统内镜经鼻蝶手术相比,在肿瘤全切除率及住院时间方面无明显差别,但在减少术后并发症及缩短手术时间方面有其独特的优势。 Objective The effect and safety of the transsphenoidal endoscopic surgery in navigation guidance and endoscopic surgical treatment for the pituitary tuner with dysplasia sphenoid sinus were discussed. Methods Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of navigation guided endonasal transsphenoidal surgery and conventional endonasal surgery of 26 cases with dysplasia sphenoid sinus was made. All the cases were divided into the treatment group and control group and general information, total resection , surgical complicatious, operation time and hospitalization time were compared between two groups. Results There was no significant difference between two groups of patients in general information, tumor resection degree and hospitalization time (P 〉 0. 05), while the difference of operation time and surgical con'olications between two groups was statistically significant (P 〈0. 05). Conclusion The role of general information, tumor resection degree and hospitalization time in navigation guided endonasal transsphenoidal surgery and conventional endonasal surgery treatment is similar, but the former could reduce surgical complications and shorten the surgery time significantly.
