摘要
目的探讨早期预防性手术治疗对无症状脊髓栓系患儿的影响。方法对28例无症状脊髓栓系患儿进行早期预防性手术治疗,分析其临床特征、手术治疗方法、疗效及并发症。结果住院期间仅有1例出现小便功能障碍,加重率(3.5%)。随访期间1例小便功能障碍恢复,其他患儿均未再出现神经功能障碍。28例患儿术中麻醉均平稳,手术顺利,术后均未发生严重并发症,术后恢复良好。结论早期预防性手术可以有效的治疗脊髓栓系患儿,防止其出现神经功能障碍,手术并发症少,值得临床推广。
Objective The effect of preventive operation of asymptomatic children with tethered spinal cord was discussed. Methods A total of 28 asymptomatic children with tethered spinal cord who underwent the preventive operation were analyzed retrospectively to analyze the clinical features, surgical methods, efficacy and complications. Results During hospitalization, sphincteric dysfunction occurred in 1 case with a worsen rate of 3.5%. During the follow-up, the patient with the urinary dysfunction got recovery and no neurological dysfunction was found in other children. The operation was successful with no serious complications and good recovery. Conclusion The preventive operation can be effective in the treatment of tethered spinal cord, which can prevent the nerve dysfunction and reduce the complications.
