摘要
大学时期是高职生个人发展过程中非常关键的阶段。在这个时期,高职生的个人人格逐渐形成,自我意识迅速发展,人生观、价值观逐渐形成并趋于稳固,因此,促进高职生的自我发展对于深入实施创新驱动发展战略,创造更大人才红利,加快转方式、调结构、促升级具有十分重要的意义。本文对国内外关于自我发展的文献资料,对该领域富有意义的理论研究成果、实证研究进展进行了综述,期望对进一步的研究工作提供参考。
The college stage is crucial for higher vocational students' individual development. At the stage, their individual characters will gradually develop; the self-consciousness will rapidly develop; their views of life and values will gradually form and tend to be stable. Therefore, it is very important for promoting higher vocational students' ego development to deeply implement development strategies driven by innovation, to create more talents bonuses, and to accelerate transferring mode,adjusting structure and promoting upgrade. The paper investigates overseas and domestic literatures about ego development. It summarizes the meaningful theoretical research achievements and the progress of empirical study and provides some reference for further study in the future.
