目的:为了实现教育与产业、学校与单位两翼齐飞,办出有特色的现代职业教育;方法:学校五年制高职康复治疗技术专业通过"校院合作,工学交替"模式,积极与医院建立产教深度融合、校院紧密合作的体制机制;结果 :探索出"校院合作办专业"的高职人才培养模式;结论:"校院合作办专业",实现了校院优势互补,学校五年制康复治疗技术专业得到更好更快发展。

Objective is to establish the modern vocational education with distinctive characteristics through the common development of education and industry, as well as school and hospital. The method is that the five-year higher vocational major of rehabilitation technology has established a mechanism of deep school-hospital fusion through close school-hospital cooperation and working-learning alternation. The result is to explore higher vocational talents cultivating mode of＂school-hospital cooperation for running a major＂. The conclusion is that the five-year major of rehabilitation technology has been developing better and faster thanks to the complementary advantages gained through school-hospital cooperation.
