摘要
近年来癌症已成为人类健康的第一大杀手,并且癌症的发现经常发生在中晚期。如果早期阶段能够对癌症进行检测,能够在早期进行诊断和治疗,则可以避免许多人的死亡。在核酸层面上的分析,可以对早期的癌症诊断作出准确的判断。毛细管电泳(CE)具有高通量、快速、自动化程度高、样品需求量小等优势,在癌症的早期诊断中具有很好的应用。本文将对以毛细管电泳为基础的癌症的早期诊断进行综述。
Cancer has become the first major killer of human health in recent years. The discovery of cancer often occurs in the middle and late stages. If early detection of cancer is possible, it can be diagnosed and treated in the early stages. Many human＇s death will be avoided. In the nucleic acid level, it can make an accurate diagnosis of early cancer diagnosis.Capillary electrophoresis（CE） has the advantages of high throughput, fast speed, high degree of automation, low sample requirement, and has a good application in the early diagnosis of cancer. In this paper, the early diagnosis of cancer by capillary electrophoresis is reviewed.
