摘要
本文以数控雕刻技术为背景,把数控雕刻技术应用于传统的玉雕加工行业。选定玉雕样件,然后在数控雕刻软件JDPaint中绘制并建立了玉雕的浮雕三维模型。根据建立的浮雕模型进而生成刀具路径,再导出可用于数控加工的NC文件,最终通过数控雕刻机器加工出实样。实践证明,本文的整套研究和实践流程完全可以应用于传统的玉雕行业,对于传统的玉雕行业具有广阔的实践意义和商业前景。
Based on the background of the application of NC engraving technology, apply the NC engraving technology to the traditional jade carving processing industry. Select jade carving samples, and then draw and establish a three-dimensional model of the jade carving relief in NC engraving software JDPaint. According to the establishment of the relief model and then generate the tool path, and then export the NC file that can be used for NC processing, and ultimately produce real samples through the NC engraving machine. Practice has proved that the set of research and practice process can be applied to the traditional jade carving industry, which has a wide range of practical significance and commercial prospects for the traditional jade carving industry.
