经颅直流电刺激对脑卒中后吞咽障碍恢复的研究进展 被引量:20

摘要 脑卒中患者出现吞咽障碍有致命危险,并引起其他并发症。经颅直流电刺激(tDCS)对脑卒中后吞咽障碍的恢复有很好的疗效,而这种效应与刺激电极极性有关,并可能涉及脑的可塑性。tDCS和重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)各有优劣。 Dysphasia is a fatal complication of stroke,and may result in other complications.Transcranial direct current stimulation(tDCS) is helpful for the recovery of dysphasia associated with stroke,which may involve in the polarity and cerebral plasticity.There are advantages and disadvantages of tDCS compared with repetitive transcrnial magnetic stimulation.
