氯碱工业(烧碱)污染防治最佳可行技术评估

摘要 分析了中国氯碱工业烧碱生产技术的现状,并利用专家咨询法、层次分析法、YAAHP(Yet Another AHP)软件对污染防治技术筛选,利用专家咨询法形成调查表,对备选技术调研、评估,利用层析分析法确定各评价指标的权重,利用YAAHP软件对各专家的评估结果"群决策",求得综合权重,最后提出氯碱行业烧碱生产污染防治的最佳可行技术工艺组合。 Expert consultation method, analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and YAAHP (Yet Another AHP) software have been used to assess the present available technologies of pollution prevention and control for production of caustic soda of Chlor-alkali industry in China. The weight of each evaluation index is determined by analytic hierarchy process (AHP) on the basis of expert questionnaires, and the comprehensive weights are calculated according to the YAAHP software evaluation results of the experts "group decision", and best available technologies of pollution prevention and control have been obtained.
