基于项目跟踪教学的创新型人才培养研究——以高职土建类专业为例

Study on Cultivation of Innovative Talents Based on Project Tracking——A Case Study of Civil Engineering Specialty in Vocational Colleges

通过对高职土建类专业创新型人才培养存在问题的分析,提出了基于项目跟踪的创新型人才培养的整体思路和实施方法。以建筑结构课程为例,阐述了该课程项目跟踪式实践教学的实施,并对项目库建设、课程教学项目设计、实践任务单设计、技术创新的教学引导等环节进行了分析,对创新型人才培养的激励机制进行了讨论。

By analyzing the existing problems on the cultivation of innovative civil engineering majors in Higher Vocational Colleges, the author proposes the overall thought and implementation method of cultivating innovative talents based on project tracking. This paper takes the Building Structure Course as an example so as to illustrate its implementation of the practice teaching in accordance with tracking projects. Then, through the analyses on the aspects of the project database construction, project design in course teaching, the design of practice tasks list, the guidance on technology innovation, it discusses the incentive mechanism of cultivating innovative talents.
