不动产登记管理系统建设的核心是根据《不动产登记信息数据库标准》和《不动产登记数据整合技术规程》建立不动产信息数据库和整合多个部门的不动产登记数据,形成统一的管理、应用并对外提供信息服务的工作。建设不动产登记管理系统,可以实现土地、房屋、草原、林地、水域滩涂、海域海岛等不动产信息的统一登记,推进不动产统一登记管理体制的完善和实施。据此,对不动产登记管理系统的项目建设目标、采用的技术路线以及主要建设内容等方面进行了分析研究。

This paper focuses on aspects of the project management system of real estate registration objectives,technical route used and the main construction contents were analyzed.
